Our program has proven very successful in preventing both nuisance leaks and potential disasters, while extending the useful life expectancy of your roof.

 

Our many years of experience have found that a majority of roof leaks reported were not the result of defect in the roof system. Most leaks are caused by mechanical damage to the roof membrane or a preventable problem. Roofing system manufacturers recommended roof inspections by qualified personnel once or twice a year and especially after severe weather. i..e.. hurricane, tornado, etc.
